Speculations over Cristiano Ronaldo’s future continue as several reports have suggested that Juve forward is headed for a Premier League return. But whether it’s Manchester City or his former team Manchester United that remains to be seen.

Recently, Bianconeri head coach Massimiliano Allegri has admitted that the 36-year-old has told him that he has no motive to stay in Turin. The Portuguese was spotted leaving the training facility while everyone else just started their training.

“Yesterday, talking to Cristiano, he told me that he has no intention of staying at Juventus,” “For this reason, he will not be called up for tomorrow’s game.

“Things change, it’s a law of life. Juventus remains, which is the most important thing. Cristiano gave his contribution, he made himself available, now he leaves and life goes on.

“Cristiano is to be thanked for what he has done, also as an example amongst the youngsters, but as I said, we must go on.”

    Allegri told a press conference.

While Ronaldo and his agent Jorge Mendes are looking for a move to Manchester City, the Cityzens have no intention to pay a transfer fee for the five-time Ballon d’Or winner.

However, Juventus are still looking for a transfer fee. City have entered talks to sign the 36-year-old after they missed out on the striker Harry Kane, as he decided to stay at Tottenham.

However, in a great turn of events, Manchester United have also entered the market to welcome their legend. Star reporter Samuel Luckhurst has tweeted about United’s interest, and the Red Devils have submitted a contract offer for Ronaldo after consultation with former manager Sir Alex Ferguson.

Meanwhile, the current United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has also denied ruling out a surprise return for Ronaldo at Old Trafford this summer.

The Norwegian has dropped some hints as he admitted that United midfielder Bruno Fernandes spoke with Ronaldo and let him know that he has a home at Old Trafford.

“I didn’t think Cristiano was going to turn out leaving Juventus. And it’s been speculation this morning and the last few days.

“We’ve always had good communication. I know Bruno [Fernandes]’s been talking to him as well and he knows what we feel about him. And if he was ever gonna move away from Juventus he knows we’re here.”

    Solskjaer said.

Several reports also claim that United may offer Anthony Martial as a part of the deal to lure Ronaldo away from Turin. Therefore it will be very interesting to see where the five-time Ballon d’Or winner ends up this summer.
